How to make a return with Verneil

Return procedure

  1. Return request
    • Contact our customer service department at [email protégé], indicating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
    • You will receive a confirmation e-mail with return instructions.
  2. Product shipment
    • Place items to be returned in their original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.

    • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
  3. Return validation
    • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by e-mail whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Return conditions

  1. Return time
    • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
  2. Returnable products
    • Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels attached.
    • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  3. Proof of purchase
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation e-mail or invoice) is required to process your return.

Refund

  1. Processing time
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days from the date of validation.
  2. Method of repayment
    • Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used to make the purchase.
  3. Exceptions
    • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.

Defective Products or Order Error

If you receive a faulty product or your order contains an error, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
